If I have more than one student to enroll, how many applications do I need to fill out?

You will need to fill out one application per student (eg. 2 students = 2 applications)

How do I fill out a second application?

Please make sure you are completely signed out of your 'HelloSign' account (Being signed in will only allow you to view your submissions, but will not allow you to submit a new application). Once you are completely signed out, you will need to click the enrollment link again. You can find this link on the top of this page or in your email.

How do I know when the application is submitted?

At the upper right hand corner of the application, you will see a button labeled "Next." Click on that button multiple times until it asks you to agree to the terms/conditions of the application. Followed by this, you will be prompted to a page that states "Thanks for submitting your document! You'll receive a copy in your inbox shortly."

You will receive a confirmation from Think Together Staff within a week after submission. If you have not heard from any Think Together Staff, please contact Ms. Liza at 714-402-2371 or [email protected]

What grade level is accepted?

We accept grades 6th-8th grade for our Before and Afterschool Programs at Vista Heritage. 

Once I receive a copy of the application and it has been submitted successfully, does this mean my child(ren) is/are enrolled in program?

No. You will still need to be contacted by Think Together Staff for final confirmation.

Are we meeting in person or online?

As of July 28, 2020, we will be in the first of 4 phases towards returning back to school. Phase 1 includes 100% virtual learning. However, if we were to move into Phase 2 (Hybrid - in person and online combined), then we would be giving priority to students who are enrolled and attending our online sessions during Phase 1.
